Start of School Year Reminder:  All medications, whether taken daily, as needed, or kept for emergency use at school for a student, must be checked in with a new and updated LA State Medication Order Form, signed by a physician, at the start of each school year .  Medication forms can be found under the parent resources link.  Medication and forms must be delivered to school by an adult.
