If your old account username was not email@example.com, we are forwarding email sent to your old address to your new address. Any user who is not receiving the forwarded emails should contact the technology department via an email or a work order. Please be sure to provide the old email address that is not working, and we will get it added to your account.
Old Nexus email accounts will be removed from the Nexus server on Aug 8th. Any email messages you wish to save should be downloaded from the old Nexus server before this date. If you do not download your old emails from the old email server, they will NO LONGER be available to you after August 8. If you do not need any of your old emails, you do not have to download them. The technology department will not be able to retrieve any old messages for you after this date.
For users who wish to transfer existing email messages to their new account please follow these instructions.
Export your existing Nexus email using these instructions. (Remember where you save the file you will need it later).
Set up your the new Exchange account in Outlook using these instructions.
Import the file you just exported into the account you just created using these instructions.
Remove your existing Nexus account from Outlook to finish following these instructions.
