DesStudents will be bringing home a permission form and an informational brochure about the new school-based telehealth services that are available for our students. If you would like for your child to be eligible to receive this service, please complete the consent form and attach a copy of your insurance card or email a copy of your card to telehealth@desotoregional.com.
