During Spring Break, Mansfield High School joined Mansfield Elementary for a successful Spring Fling that brought students, families, and community members together for an evening of fun, fellowship, and community connection.
The event created an opportunity for families to gather, enjoy time together, and celebrate the strong support shared across Mansfield schools and the local community. Mansfield High School was glad to be part of an event that helped make the break even more meaningful for students and families.
Mayor Thomas Jones contributed to the evening's success by providing free hot dogs, chips, and drinks to attendees. His generosity was greatly appreciated and added to the welcoming atmosphere of the event.
Special thanks also go to Wesley Eckles State Farm, Southern Classic, and the Cognitive Institute for providing door prizes and for their continued support of local schools.
Spring Fling served as a strong example of what can happen when schools and community partners come together in support of students and families. Events like this continue to reflect the shared commitment that makes the DeSoto Difference visible across the community.
