MESH-Mansfield Elite Scholarly Helpers
Mansfield’s Elite Scholarly Helpers (MMS--MESH) is committed to serving the local campus and community. The organization accomplishes its mission by:
- Promoting academic excellence.
- Promoting appropriate behavior as members are expected to serve as role models to their peers as demonstrated by refraining from behavior that might lead to major and/or minor referrals and by engaging in acts that make the environment more productive.
- Demonstrating leadership skills by “going first” in activities and behaviors that make our school better.
- Engaging in service projects that promote school spirit and serve the school, the community, and/or our world.
Some Activities:
- Acted as ambassadors at MMS Open House event.
- Donating money to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help fund cancer research.
- Facilitated a canned good drive for the Battered Women’s Shelter.
- Working in the HGM food bank on a monthly basis.
- Donating cards and treats to the residents of both Mansfield nursing facilities.
