NDHS Track brings home many medals and academic honors this weekend from the state meet at LSU. Congratulations to our athletes and coaches!!
Great season for the Griffins. Coming up short today in Round 3 is tough but what a season these boys have had. We are proud of them. We wish our seniors luck as they move on and our underclassmen - it's time to get ready for next season. GO GRIFFINS!!

NDHS was proud to honor students and staff at tonight’s Board Meeting. It’s a Great Day to be a Griffin!
Congratulations to our Literary Rally students! They both won medals in foreign language events at State Literary Rally in Baton Rouge. One competed in Spanish 2 Interpretive Reading and earned a gold medal for Superior performance. One earned a silver medal for Excellent performance in Spanish 4 Interpretive Reading. The judges scored them on their pronunciation, fluency, memorization, interpretation, and poise. We are so proud of their achievements!

Great day with our 2024 graduates!! We had their senior walk and they enjoyed visiting the halls of their elementary and middle schools and seeing past teachers. Making memories!!!

Today is Election Day for registered voters in district 2 (North DeSoto) to make their voice heard on a new proposal that aims to take on growth and space challenges with a new high school, updates to the lower elementary, and operating five schools instead of four in the district. Our NDHS welders enjoyed some down time yesterday with some of Louisiana's finest friends. We are proud of the work they do and the certifications they earn are invaluable to them after high school. Thank you Mr. Emerson for your work with them daily and for celebrating accomplishments.
