"What a remarkable journey it has been! Three years ago, I exited the DeSoto Parish School System with professional relationships still intact, a family of colleagues and my amazing principal, Keith Simmons, supporting my decision to transition into a higher level of K-12 education. Today, I am proud to return to the North DeSoto Middle School campus as the Assistant Principal. With multiple years of experience in middle school instruction and administration, I am eager to do the work that is essential to champion our Griffin family, parents and community supporters included, as we seek to continue to show growth and gains related to teacher advancement and student achievement. Yes, these are unprecedented times; however, our expectations as a campus do not waiver. By any means necessary, we will ensure the high-quality instruction and enhanced safety of our faculty, staff and students as we align with the mission and vision of our remarkable district and its leaders. I am forever grateful to the administration of the DeSoto Parish School System and Principal Carter for entrusting me with the responsibilities of this position and pledge to give daily what is required for the continued successes of our district."  ~Ms. Moses
