Students and staff from Mansfield Middle School proudly participated in Louisiana’s Love the Boot Week by coming together to help keep their community clean and beautiful. On Saturday, April 18th, volunteers worked hard to pick up litter, improve community, and promote environmental responsibility. NSU is excited to host their Career Connection Summer Camp on July 8th at Northwestern State University.
This one-day camp is designed to help students grades 7th-9th explore different majors and career pathways offered at NSU while building practical skills that will support their future success. Throughout the day, students will:
Explore academic majors and related career opportunities available at NSU
Participate in interactive, hands-on career exploration activities
Engage with university staff and professionals to gain insight into various fields
This experience is ideal for students who are beginning to think about their college and career goals and want a closer look at what NSU has to offer.
