School pictures will be next Wednesday, August 30th! Students may wear a uniform shirt or spirit shirt with uniform bottoms. This will also be the date for seniors to make up missed portraits!

The DeSoto Parish Jamboree will be on Friday, August 25th. ND fans will park in the North parking lot and field.  Signs will denote this area for all to see and LHS staff/DPSO will be directing traffic. See you Friday for some FOOTBALL!!

Community growth is driving the bond proposal in North DeSoto. A new high school will not only help the district meet expected growth, but will also provide a dedicated performing arts and career and technical education wings, a new turf practice field and an indoor multipurpose facility that will accommodate band, cheer, dance line and JROTC. The DeSoto Parish School Board unanimously approvedCapital Improvements bond proposals at their August 3 meeting. In District 2, North DeSoto Schools, the $130 million bond proposal proposes construction of a new North DeSoto High School as well as improvements to other facilities to accommodate growth.
