NDUE don't forget we will have Mr. Burback, Mrs. Hamon, and Mrs. Theodos on the ROOF for a camp out tonight to celebrate meeting our school-wide A.R. Goal! Don't forget to bring them some snacks so they can make it through the night! Camp out starts at 6:30 p.m.!

Good Morning Griffins! We are excited to be having our Field Day tomorrow. At this time the weather looks like it will be cooperating with our plans to be outside. Field day will start at 8:30 at the stadium. The activities will be held on the field and parents will be able to watch from the track or the stands. All outside activities should be finished around 10:30.
Should parents desire to check your child out, please do so after all activities have been completed. In alignment with our school safety protocols, all checkouts need to be completed in the office. Thank you for your partnership and your patience. GO GRIFFINS!

All the things are happening at NDUE today! We have a movie and popcorn incentive party for our students that did their best on the test, second grade orientation, student lighthouse team interviews, a band performance by our very own Griffin Band, AND last but certainly not least, running a Leader In Me training with our teachers! Our Desoto Parish Fitness Team competed at the Elementary State Fitness Meet today! Congratulations to our own Owen Evans for placing third in the curl-ups and 50 yard dash and to Logansport’s Bailey Robinson for placing second in the 600 yard run! We are so proud of all these kiddos and their efforts! Way to go Desoto! #DesotoStrong
