Congratulation to these NDUE ladies: Logan Burke, Aubrie Heintz, Charlee Kate Rinaudo, and Stella Gray Rinaudo, for their achievements at the WSA Shreveport Cheer Competition on December 6th, 2025! Logan, Aubrie, and Charlee Kate each participated on the Louisiana Rebels Team Grace who won 1st place in their division, as well as the award for Most Creative. Stella Gray participated on the Louisiana Rebels Team Heart who also won 1st place in their division, and she received the award for Best Tumbling. Way to get it done girls! These NDUE boys kicked off their first weekend of basketball: Beckett Bass, Max Briery, Braxton Douglas, Jaxson Ebarb, McCoy Rhoads, John Luke Robinson, and Manning Whitman! They would like to give a special shout-out to Mrs. McCall for cheering them on and helping them get a win! She's the best supporter inside and outside of the classroom. Join us in celebrating the holidays at NDUE by coming out tonight at 6:30 for the Christmas Parade, Tuesday for Christmas at the U, and by donating to our blanket, socks and scarf drive for the homeless. We will accept donations all week and have a box outside for afterschool donations. This service project and our NDUE float is brought to you by our Student Lighthouse team.
CONGRATS to our NDHS Griffins for advancing to the State Championship Final!The championship game is Friday at noon in New Orleans.
To support the vast number of Staff and Families traveling to the game, Thursday will be a VIRTUAL day and there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday for all ND schools. ND schools will make up the day on Friday (12/19) using the Flex day as listed on the Desoto Parish School Calendar.

Mrs. Severin’s 5th grade math classes practiced their story problem solving skills during a thinking relay game. Students had a blast and solved a lot of fraction story problems in the process!
