spotlight

This weekโ€™s Mansfield High School Teacher Spotlight goes to Mr. Guthrie.  Mr. Guthrie was nominated by one of his students, Khadija Barron.  Mr. Guthrie teaches English IV, English ACT Prep, and U.S. History. He also serves as a LEAD teacher. Khadija says, โ€œI chose him because he has the patience to teach us; he takes time out of his day to help us children. I want to thank him for all that he's doing.โ€ Earlier today, an administrator was in Mr. Guthrieโ€™s class where Khadija presented him with some of his favorite things, including Starbucks gift cards for coffee, as well as some dark chocolate and coke from the administration here at Mansfield High School, donated by Ms. Desiree Alexander, our DeSoto Google trainer and APEL representative. Congratulations, Mr. Guthrie! You deserve this recognition and so much more!
