Part of the North DeSoto Bond proposal is an upgrade to current athletic facilities including the football stadium, a new turf practice field, and an indoor multi-purpose facility that will accommodate turf sports, a state of the art wrestling training facility, and a new baseball/softball complex that will be used year round for school and community events.

Traffic flow around North DeSoto schools has proven to be a challenge. Part of the District 2 bond will go toward improving traffic patterns that aim to alleviate congestion during the opening and closing of school, as well as during major events.

North DeSoto (District no. 2) residents will consider a bond to address growth across the area. The proposed new high school assures space for this growth, and will ensure the efficient use of existing facilities, including an expanded and renovated Lower Elementary for more Prekindergarten classrooms and multi-use spaces.
