NDMS family, friends, and fans: don't miss the opportunity to support our Lady Griffins' volleyball team as they take on the Lady Demons of NSUM Thursday, October 16. We are recognizing our 8th grade athletes beginning at 4:30 then the game @ 5. All tickets are now CASHLESS.
Our NDMS NIHS began their food drive this morning. They collected 15 cans. Remember, our school wide goal is 2000 items. We will gratefully accept any non-perishable foods, but these are the ones the food bank needs most:
1) Canned Meat: tuna, chicken, or salmon
2)Peanut Butter
3) Dried Beans (1 or 2 lb. bag)
4) Rice (1 or 2 lb. bag)
5) Pasta Noodles / Mac ‘N Cheese
6) Hearty-Style Soups
7) Canned Vegetables
8) Canned Fruit
9) Any Boxed Cereal, Oatmeal or Grits
10) Flour and Sugar (5 lb. bag or less)
Shout out to September's Students of the Month! These students demonstrate hard work and follow school rules. They make good decisions, manage priorities, are kind to others, and exemplify what it means to be a true Griffin! Way to go, Griffins! September's Griffins show determination, they continue trying something, even when it is difficult.
