Mrs. Petriello has only been at SHS for two years, but we are truly blessed to have her on staff. Mrs. Petriello is dedicated, and loyal, and works around the clock to ensure her students are getting her very best and the best education she can provide them with. Her passion for teaching, her students, and our school is evident not only to someone who has the privilege of seeing her teach but to anyone who comes in contact with her. It would not be cliche to say she bleeds blue and black. She overflows with Panther Pride.

Senior FFA members are currently in Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2024 National FFA Convention & Expo. The Convention is all about growing the next generation of leaders. Their goal these next few days is to find inspiration and direction to become a leader and influencer, ready to make an impact. Thanks to Mr. Jordan for organizing the trip and giving our students this opportunity.

4th and 5th Grade students are doing a fundraiser selling AWESOME bed sheets. It helps with our field trips, monthly rewards, end of the year awards, and classroom supplies that we might need. All sheets are $35. Money and orders are due NO LATER than November 19th so that they will be in before Christmas. If you would like to order, please get with a 4th or 5th grader, Mrs Lowe, Mrs Walker, or Mrs Hatcher! Thanks for everything you help us with!!!

SHS will celebrate Red Ribbon Week from October 28 - Nov. 1. All students (Pre-K - 12th) may participate. Students who are not participating should be in regular uniform. All clothing must follow dress code policies.
