National Bullying Prevention Month is meant to inspire more people to spread awareness about bullying and educate others on their role in preventing it. North DeSoto Upper Elementary's Counselor Dawn Asbell is working with the school's Wellness Team to address gaps, achieve goals, and also align student wellness with other school objectives. October is Manufacturing Month in Louisiana! Schools from across our area partner with NLEP and tour various businesses and schools that highlight the many career opportunities in manufacturing around North Louisiana for our students. #FindYourWayFriday

J & J Catering will be on site at the DeSoto Parish Schools administration building on October 20, 2023 with his food truck. Members of our staff and the community will be able to enjoy their seafood preparations from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. #DeSotoServes #foodtruckfriday.
