Our second Mansfield High School Teacher Spotlight goes to Mrs. Bennett. Mrs. Bennett serves as our ACT/WorkKeys coach. She was nominated by a student, Zykerria Wilson. Zykerria said, “Hey Mrs. Ross. I would like to nominate Mrs. Bennett for being the best teacher ever, for helping me with my work and whenever I need her help with a question, she is there for me. I love her so much. She is the best teacher ever. I'm so thankful to be in her class.” Thank you Mrs. Bennett. You show so much care to our students on a daily basis. Your classroom is a safe place. We are so blessed that you decided to come to MHS this year. At this time, Zykerria will present Mrs. Bennett with some of her favorite things. Congratulations, Mrs. Bennett for contributing to a positive and caring culture!

Terrell Pegues is one of the finalists for Wendy’s Giant of the Week. Giant of the Week highlights outstanding varsity football plays each week. The way it works is the community will vote for their favorite video highlight in an online poll on KSLA.com from 6am Tuesdays through 6pm Wednesdays. The winner of the online poll will be highlighted in the KSLA News 12 Thursday 10pm sportscast on November 21st.
