NDLE Parents, Fall picture day has been changed to Monday, Sept. 30!

Here are some pictures from the classrooms at NDLE. Little Griffins use our S.O.A.R. behavior expectations to SOAR in their learning!

All NDLE parents are invited to our first NDLE Booster Club meeting on Monday, September 9 at 6:00 pm in the NDLE Cafeteria. The entrance to the cafeteria is by the bus parking lot. Come join the Booster Club and learn about the many ways to get involved at NDLE!

NDLE's Booster Club will be selling concessions in the multipurpose room on Friday Sept. 6. Cost will range from 50 cents to $1.50. Please send money in a labelled envelope or ziplock bag with your child's name, teacher's name, and concessions.

North DeSoto Wrestling Academy Registration is Thursday, Sept. 5, 4:00-8:00 pm in the NDUE gym. Registration fee is $400. Practice schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5:30-7:00 pm. For more information contact Dustin Burton (318) 617-6188 or Mark Pendleton (318) 518-7642.

NDLE is starting off our first Cluster Day with New Teacher 101! We have a great mixture of "Home Grown" and highly recommended "Recruits" from the best Educational Programs around. The NDHS Lady Griffin Soccer Team hosted a Soccer Skills Clinic at Griffin Stadium on Saturday, August 10. Students from every school on our North DeSoto campus came together to participate. Thank you Lady Griffins and Coach Morgan Ersoff for instilling our DeSoto Parish core value of high performance in our younger Griffins and for making a difference in growing Griffin soccer! 💙⚽❤

NDLE Kindergarten parents, Reminder that all Kindergarten students come on Monday and this is the last day to walk your student into the school. Stop by the Boohoo breakfast table in the multipurpose room to get a donut, some coffee, and information about volunteering from our wonderful PTO.

We want to highlight our fantastic NDLE teachers who presented at our Teacher Showcase today! They opened up their classrooms to their colleagues and shared their best tips for organization, planning, and making sure our classrooms run smoothly. Our teachers are always ready to make a difference whether it is teaching students or collaborating and supporting each other.

The tardy bell rings at 7:45. Parents can walk students in on the staggered days and their BooHoo Breakfast day. After that, everyone must be dropped off in car or bus line. First grade parents, please stop by the gym tomorrow after dropping your student off at their classroom for your BooHoo WooHoo Breakfast. You can visit with other parents and learn about volunteer opportunities at the school. Kindergarten parents' BooHoo Breakfast is Monday, 8-12. PreK parents' BooHoo Breakfast is Friday 8-16. Student dismissal begins at 2:50 p.m. We can't wait to welcome all of our Little Griffins tomorrow morning!
