Today, 7 LHS athletes signed to continue their education & athletic careers at the next level. We are proud of you! Ju'Kadynn, Jordan, Tonashton, JP will all play football at Texas College while Aydin will go to Centenary. Also Treville will play at LCU. Levi will play baseball at Kent State next year.



Our middle school girls and boys basketball teams will compete in the NWLA Middle School Basketball League Championship Games on Saturday February 8th at Magnolia School of Excellence. Girls will play at 1 and boys will follow at 2:15!

Middle school girls basketball will play a 2nd round HOME playoff game against North Desoto tomorrow at 5:30!
Middle school boys basketball will travel to Evangel to play a second round playoff game at 5:30.

Our FBLA members competed this week at their annual District Competition. Congratulations Ainsley, Bentley and Kolling on placting at District. Also, congratulations to their sponsor Coach Stroud.


We are feeling 100 days smarter!! The elementary students celebrated 100 days of school today.






Attention all Logansport DeSoto Hoops teams - pack the gym tomorrow night as our Tigers host St. Marys in a district match. Girls begin at 6pm followed by the boys. Teams will be recognized between games.


Come out tonight and support our Jr. High Boys Basketball team as they host Calvary in their JH league playoff game. Tip off is at 6:30pm. Tickets may be purchased via our go fan site.

Congratulations to our own Jacob Parsons for winning the 12u Championship in his bowling tournament this weekend in Alexandria.



Congratulations to our Jr High Boys Basketball team. They competed in the Louisiana State Games this weekend in Monroe & came away with some hardware & championship title.




Parents,if your child drives to school, they must have a copy of their license, registration & insurance on file with the school. Only licensed drivers should be driving on campus.

Logansport High School will be open for normal school operations on Friday, January 24, 2025. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!


Although campus does remain closed today, students are expected to log-in to their teachers’ Google Classrooms for remote learning. All at-home assignments should be completed as assigned by the teacher.
