NDLE: This is the route for this year's book parade. It is shortened to parading around the bus parking lot. Classes will assemble in the gym and exit the gym doors at 9:00 a.m. Parent spectators will stand and view the parade around the perimeter of the parade route as indicated on the map. After the parade, parents are welcome to bring their children to the book fair. Parents will need to go to the gym first. From there, their child will be called to join them to go to the fair! #DreamBelieveAchieve

NDLE: Foster Grandparents' Luncheon was last Friday and NDLE was able to present them with their appreciation gifts. Thank you teachers for welcoming them into your classrooms this year and helping out with the gifts! They were so surprised to see us there. We LOVE our Foster Grandparents! #DreamBelieveAchieve

NDLE: The Scholastic Book Fair Begins Monday!! Each class will come to shop at the book fair during their designated class times. Parents are welcome to come shop with their child during this timeframe. Cash and Credit/Debit cards will be accepted. SORRY NO CHECKS! Choosing a book with a parent or grandparent is fun, but for social and emotional growth, choosing a book independently raises self esteem and gives a child a feeling of total ownership. For class time shopping, please send money with your child in a Ziploc bag or envelope marked with their name and labeled BOOK FAIR.
