All of our students have received their car tags with the exception of a few new students. We will ONLY place students in cars on Monday if the car has the yellow tag that was issued by the school and the student has the corresponding backpack tag. If you do not have your car tag, you will need to park in the parking lot and walk into the office and show identification to get your student, unless you have a new student that has not received tags. We will have the names of these students and you can remain in the car line. If you need additional car tags, they can be purchased in the office for $2. We understand this may be inconvenient for you if you have forgotten your car tag, but student safety is our number one priority.
Students in grades K-3 are invited to the Methodist Church at 6pm tonight to learn more about scouting! They received some information at school today.
Concessions will be sold each Friday, beginning tomorrow 8/16. All items are $1. All concession money should be sent with students. We will not be able to accept concession money through the office.
Please remember that students that arrive after 7:35 are tardy. This causes students to lose 2 points from their daily 10 attendance points. PBIS Celebration invitations will be based on students' points so everyone wants to earn as many points as possible. To attend the Glow Party on Oct. 4th, students will need 576 points! Students also get 10 bonus points for perfect attendance each week!
All students have been given two car tags. Additional car tags must be purchased through the office for $2. Please make sure all car tags are secured by Friday, Aug. 16th. Students will only be placed in cars with car tags beginning Monday, Aug. 19th.

Morning drop off begins at 7:15am. Please do not drop students off at school before duty personnel are on their posts at 7:15. This is for the safety of our students.

School Pictures will be taken on Tuesday, August 20th. Order forms are being given out this week. Order forms and payment should be sent to school on Picture Day - Tuesday, Aug. 20th - with students. Teachers will not be able to hold order forms and we willl not be able to accept order forms in the office. Send the order and payment on Tuesday, Aug. 20th only.
Students will wear school uniforms for the pictures.
What's your favorite Kool Aid flavor? Students may wear jeans and a shirt the color of their favorite Kool Aid on Friday, Aug. 16th to celebrate National Kool Aid Day!
Hi Wolverines! If your students are bringing lunch, please be aware that teachers do not have the capability to heat up food for students.
Students should bring their chromebooks and chargers to school tomorrow!

If you were unable to attend Open House yesterday, please call the school office on WEDNESDAY to ensure we have the correct transportation information for your student.
Parents of Kindergarten and 1st Grade students may walk with their children into the building on Thursday, Aug. 8th on the first day of school. Please escort your students into the cafeteria to meet their class before 7:35. Parents will be asked to leave the building after dropping their student off so our cafeteria does not become to crowded. Students in grades 2-4 will not be escorted into the building. Parents of Kindergarteners starting on Aug. 9th may bring their students to the cafeteria on their first day.

When packing school lunch, please remember that Little Wolverines should not bring soda or energy drinks in their lunch box. All food should be individual servings. For example, please do not send large bags of chips.
Staying hydrated is important for our bodies and brains to work their best! Little Wolverines may bring water bottles to school. Please make sure they are no larger than 20 ounces. Flavor packets may only be used at lunch time.
