The DeSoto Parish Early Childhood Network has released two online DeSoto Parish surveys, the DeSoto Parish Workforce Survey and the DeSoto Parish Family Feedback Survey. The community is asked to complete both. The three-minute surveys are required as part of Phase I of the Community Supply Building and Access Expansion Grant received by DeSoto Parish Early Childhood Network, DeSoto Ready Start, to increase high-quality early childhood education and care.
The Workforce Feedback Survey will assist in best understanding the workforce’s current needs and challenges regarding access to high-quality early childhood care and education.

Students learn best when the significant adults in their lives -- parents, teachers, and other family and community members -- work together to encourage and support them. Meaningful involvement of parents and support from the community are essential.
