Back to School is just around the corner but students and families in DeSoto Parish don’t have to worry about school supplies. Families are only responsible for purchasing school uniforms and a mesh/clear backpack. All other supplies are provided by the district. 📣 A Community United in Cheer! 📣
Back in December, Coach Kempf at North DeSoto Middle School formulated an incredible idea: a community cheer camp bringing together students from Mansfield, Stanley, Logansport, and North DeSoto Middle School. Fast forward to now, and our cheer coaches have had the best time making it a reality!
This week has been full of learning, bonding, and pure fun. It's been wonderful collaborating and seeing cheer coaches in the parish share knowledge and experiences.
Seeing our middle school cheerleaders bond and form new friendships has been heartwarming and inspiring. This camp has truly embodied the DeSoto Difference, and we are excited to see it become a cherished tradition for years to come.
