Fresh Feeling Friday!
Shout out to Ms. Somer Thomas at North DeSoto Upper Elementary for depositing weekly into her students' "Emotional Bank Accounts" by adding sweet notes or pictures. Rather than money, she's building up and withdrawing from a reserve of trust with her students.

This season, the Logansport High School Tigers football team has shown immense heart and skill. While the path to the state championship may not have ended as hoped, your journey this season has incredibly impacted the Logansport community. Your dedication, sportsmanship, and perseverance are testaments to the true spirit of champions. Remember, success isn't always measured in victories but in the character you've displayed on and off the field. The success of the Logansport Tigers is built on countless hours of hard work and the support of community members who rally behind the players each week. The Tigers end their season as District 3-1A Champions with a notable overall record of 11-2. Our DeSoto Schools community applauds these young men and their coaches on a job well done this season! We can't wait to see you back in action next fall! #DeSotoStrong #TigerNation

Our North DeSoto High School Griffins football team showcased unwavering determination and heart on the field of play. Despite falling short on their goal of playing for the 4A state championship, their journey was marked by resilience, camaraderie, and countless moments of sheer grit. Each player poured their passion into every down played, reminding us that success is not solely defined by the scoreboard. There were so many incredible moments and highs this team showed their community this season, the most important being the brotherhood and support that they have for each other. DeSoto Parish is incredibly proud of the players and coaches who have poured in their commitment and dedication to the NDHS Football program. The North DeSoto Griffins end their season as District 1-4A Champions with an impressive overall record of 11-2. As a community, let’s celebrate the Griffins' remarkable journey and honor the indomitable spirit that defines true champions. #DeSotoStrong #NDHS4L
