National Bullying Prevention Month is meant to inspire more people to spread awareness about bullying and educate others on their role in preventing it. DeSoto’s theme this year for National Bullying Prevention Month is Kindness Builds Community.

October is Manufacturing Month in Louisiana! Schools from across our area partner with NLEP and tour various businesses and schools that highlight the many career opportunities in manufacturing around North Louisiana for our students. #FindYourWayFriday

North DeSoto Upper Elementary's Counselor Dawn Asbell is working with the school's Wellness Team to address gaps, achieve goals, and also align student wellness with other school objectives. Also, the staff at NDUE attended an in-service this week on making reports to DCFS.
